Add your own FAVICON!!

Ok, keep it simple and sweet. To distinct your blog from another blogs, make your own unique(or at least) an icon represents your blog than others. So here this is mine, animated gif as you could observe the favicon besides my URL.

The followings are the screenshot in case you do not know which one I am referring to:

Steps of create and add your favicon:

1.) First, create an image of the size 16 X 16 pixels using any photoshop.

2.)Then draw or put in any desired image of yours and save it as favicon.ico

3.)Upload your favicon.ico to ”public_html” folder.

4.)Go to the theme you are using, look for header.php and edit it. Add the following codes in between the head tags:

<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”favicon.ico”>

5.)Save your header.php and you are done!
