Google Adsense Attracts Spammer?

Well, this is a short post regarding the issue of spammers on my blog. I found out that most of the time when I update my blog with Google Adsense ads configuration I tend to get a lot of spammers comment on my blog. My blog traffics also suddenly shoot up to some incredible number, the number is definitely overwhelming for my normal genuine readers.

Does any blogger has the similar situation like I do? Leave your comment and thoughts.
